Welcome to Oravys®. By accessing our platform, utilizing our voice analysis technology, or purchasing our reports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Oravys Ltd.

Global Operations & Use These Terms apply to all users worldwide. Oravys operates as a multinational digital entity. By using our services, you acknowledge that data processing may occur in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

1. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the absolute right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for any reason at any time.

If we suspect that a submitted voice file violates these Terms (e.g., unauthorized recording), or if we simply choose not to process a specific request based on our internal criteria, we may cancel the order. In such cases of refusal by Oravys without cause of violation, a refund may be issued, but we are under no obligation to provide a justification for the refusal.

2. Voice Submission & Identity Integrity

2.1 User Representation

By uploading a voice sample, you irrevocably represent and warrant that:

You are the sole owner of the voice recording; OR
You have obtained explicit, written, and verifiable consent from the individual whose voice is recorded to analyze their biometric data.

2.2 Unauthorized Submission (Protection Against Misuse)

Submitting the voice of a third party without their consent is a material breach. You agree to indemnify and hold Oravys harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your submission of a voice recording for which you did not have legal authorization.

3. Service Delivery & Technical Delays

While we aim to deliver reports within 24-48 hours, these timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You acknowledge that our service relies on complex AI systems which may experience downtime, maintenance, or high processing volumes. In the event of technical issues, AI outages, or other causes, report delivery times may be extended. Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle you to an automatic refund.

4. Data Retention & Report Retrieval

Oravys is not a cloud storage service.

You are solely responsible for downloading and saving your report immediately upon delivery.
We do not guarantee indefinite storage of your reports or voice files. We reserve the right to delete reports and data from our servers at any time without prior notice.
If you fail to retrieve your report within the availability window (typically 30 days), it may be permanently lost, and Oravys is not liable for this loss.

5. Professional Use Disclaimers (B2B & HR)

If you use Oravys for professional purposes (Recruitment, HR, Management):

Support Tool Only: Oravys reports are supplementary data points. You agree they shall not be the sole basis for hiring, firing, or promotion decisions.
Liability: You are solely responsible for compliance with local labor and discrimination laws. Oravys disclaims all liability for employment decisions made using our data.

6. Health & Diagnostic Disclaimer

Not a Medical Device The Service is for educational and self-development purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on our reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oravys Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including delays in delivery or loss of data.
